HR Tech Implementation Lead
 
We are HR Tech. & Analytics team. We are responsible for HR systems, HR data & technological solutions.

The HR senior analyst has a broad understanding of HR tech. solutions as well as industry key trends. He /She will consolidate our HR needs, control the various requirements and govern the solution implementation. Leveraging this to maximize the value the company gets out of HR Tech investments.

Who are we?

You will act as a trusted advisor to the HR functions; Advice on technological requirements that best reflect HR strategy and focus areas. Ensuring high business value and influencing the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data, and people.
You will govern the implementation to achieve an optimal solution, see the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context. Leverage systems and technology knowledge and experience to assess capability gaps and propose a possible solution approach and new capabilities.
You will create strong relationship with the HR functions, MIS, IT and business stakeholder group at the most senior levels of the organization and is familiar with IT plans, budget and business roadmaps.
Provide quality review to ensure that the implementation meets business objectives; Manage requirements traceability and prioritization.
Lead change management activities to ensure system utilization
Review and govern the IT budget and investment in HR systems.

Requirements

Industrial Engineering & Management - Information Systems or Equivalent academic background
5+ years of experience in system implementation area, with practical experience in business/system analysis, working with the customer on requirements and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve conflicts and present solution using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes, etc.)
Wide experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in system implementation change management
Experience in HR domain – advantage
