We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in our Jerusalem office. You must be a people person, team-worker, and independent professional, who has a proven track of managing end to end recruiting processes with a great attitude. Is this you?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting for R&D positions and for other departments (Tech, Investments, IR, Marketing) according to business needs.
End-to-end recruiting process: CV screen, phone interviews, HR interviews, reference checks, salary offers, and contracts.
Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and promote the Company's employer brand.
Collaborating with hiring managers and supporting them during the recruiting process.
Working independently on your positions end to end while supporting the other team members when needed.
Being a part of our HR department improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years' experience in recruiting in a Hi-tech company or recruitment agency – a must.
Experience recruiting and sourcing for R&D positions - a must.
People person, outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Experience conducting HR interviews
Very high level of English (written, spoken)– a must.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Experience with Comeet - an advantage
Independent, self-monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills
Work in the Jerusalem office 2-3 times a week (post Covid)
