As we continue to grow our Israel footprint, we are in search of a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our global HR team.

The HR Manager is responsible for helping to build and advance manager effectiveness and employee engagement across multiple business units within our Tel-Aviv site. This role will engage closely with local, site-level management to help drive support of the business and talent plans by delivering programs and initiatives within the HR organization.

The HR Manager will support site level, culture integration with a focus on driving strong employee engagement and helping local business teams deliver on short-and longer-term priorities. This role will partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including employee relations, talent & development, total rewards, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition to drive business outcomes against the execution of our global HR and local site-level priorities. In a site with over 200 employees, this person will build relationships with managers, employees and the site leadership while liaising with the global HR team.

Your responsibilities will be broad: people manager development, site engagement and Diversity & Inclusion activities, performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational realignment and analytics.

Core Requirements:

Broad HR generalist knowledge which candidate can leverage independently to mitigate business, reputational and financial risk
Deep knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation, and of employment practices particularly in the area of performance management
Skilled and passionate about coaching and developing manager capabilities and effectiveness
Accomplished at using effective listening, probing and investigatory skills to handle complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion, composure and compassion
Strong analytical mindset, able troubleshooter adept at analyzing large amounts of detailed information, diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate solutions to senior business and people leaders
Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of performance, results & service excellence in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and build strong trust-based, collaborative relationships with all levels of managers and employees
Authentic with impeccable integrity, whose personal and professional values are consistent with our Company’s values and leadership expectations
Ability to quickly build trust and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, knowing appropriate variance in communication style as needed
Confident, well-prepared partner with the courage to do what it takes to get initiatives built and adopted, and obtain desired results
High degree of comfort and competency navigating ambiguity and complexity
Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience and tenacity to drive change
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement creative HR solutions that drive business results.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Core Duties:

Coach managers on individual & team performance
Support deployment of global HR programs such as the performance & rewards cycles, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey
Deliver manager training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practices
Champion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
Support business reorganizations and restructures
Deliver analytical insights

Experience:

This candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience working in a global company in a similar role is needed-

Must have experience working with global stakeholders.

Education:

Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience
