HR Generalist - Bilingual
About the Role:
The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting the HR Director/Business Partner in delivering first class, value add service to a variety of stakeholders within the business. You will be involved in the full employee lifecycle and at multiple levels of the business.

Deliver a high level of customer service to internal clients by acting as a trusted partner to employees and managers.
Support HR good practice by following internal procedures and providing HR advice on relevant policies/practices, working closely with other stakeholders in the business such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Compensation.
Manage Employee Relations, escalating to HR Director where necessary.
Support the business in organisational changes and working closely with the People Services team to make sure changes are accurately reflected in the HRMS.
Build relationships across the organisation and work on cross functional projects or initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing HR policies to enable the business.
3+ years in a generalist role in an international capacity.
Ability to work at all levels in an organisation and across different cultures.
Experience with M&A activity.
Proven ability to prioritise and organise your workload effectively.
Employment Relations experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise discretion.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Effective problem solver.
Ability to see opportunities to innovate.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
It would be beneficial if you have experience of working for an American based company.
