Looking for a talented HR data analyst, part time(3 days a week)
Pull data from a variety of internal systems (recruiting system, employee management system) in order to outline problems, opportunities draw conclusions and make recommendations for future consideration
Analyze people data frequently, draw conclusions and make recommendations for future consideration
Provide in-depth insights/reports on employee trend/issues including turnover & headcount report to support critical HR actions and recruitment processes.
Build dashboards & reports, and define key metrics, while also monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
Analyze data from internal hr surveys (employee engagement, managers evaluation, performance review) and gather insights.
Apply your expertise in research to make recommendations on HR decisions (processes, policies, operations, etc)
Partner with HR business leaders to identify and clarify critical issues.
Communicate statistical analyses and results: tell the story of the data to stakeholders in order to equip them to make informed decisions and plan for the future.
Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis to identify trends on our workforce
Bachelor or master degree in an exact science: engineering industry and management, economics, or business administration.
Excellent analytical skills – Must
Expert in MS Excel
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
Strong research abilities
Nice to have – familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits
Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role- a big advantage
Experience using Human Resources Management Systems- a big advantage
