We are looking for an experienced, innovative and ambitious HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager to support Syqe’s growth and success. This is an opportunity to experience an extensive HR role that covers:
1. Business partnering - Acting as the main HR focal point for Syqe’s technology unit: consulting managers at all levels, manage employee’s relations activity, take part in designing Syqe’s HR strategy and support HR cross-organizational processes implementation.
2. Lead Syqe’s talent acquisition - This is a hands-on role in which you will have full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes. From building Syqe’s TA strategy to bringing in the best talent, while keeping the candidate experience as your primary focus.
To be successful in this role, first and foremost you need to be a people’s person. You need to have the ability to learn new technologies, job functions and organizational processes. You will have to demonstrate a deep understanding of Syqe’s culture, technology, and vision.
Partner with team members and leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics.
Take part in the development of HR cross-organizational projects, programs, and processes in varied domains and lead their implementation: C&B, OD and engagement and leadership development, performance review, talent management, etc.
Proactively identify organizational and personal needs and lead HR solutions.
Manage all HR operations activity: Ensuring Syqe’s compliance with company policies, labor laws and ISO standards.
Build and lead long-term recruitment plans and strategies.
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for different roles (local and global).
Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance, and help them build excellent teams.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents.
Build Syqe’s employer branding assets.
Data-driven recruiting - discovery of meaningful patterns in our data to constantly improve our recruiting process and support decision-making regarding recruitment.
Perform as an ambassador for our culture and mission.
