Responsibilities

As a Growth Marketing Manager you will:

Oversee & Approve all marketing paid campaigns on different channels which includes Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PureB2B, and many other ad platforms.
Owning and Leading the Paid Advertisement strategy and tactics. Building and optimizing all new campaigns from ideation to creation, and execution.
Building a strategic monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan to meet marketing goals.
Reporting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly actuals vs planned paid advertisement goals and deliverables.
Reporting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly actuals vs planned paid advertisement budget.

Oversee, Execute, and Manage:

Running PPC and CPM campaigns: LinkedIn, Google Display, YouTube, etc.
Running and measuring ABM and brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms.
Execution of lead acquisition programs (on a CPL basis).
High-level understanding of lead nurturing programs.
Oversees Paid Ads freelancer budget.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in developing and executing online demand generation activities with B2B/SaaS organizations - A must.
2+ years’ experience managing hands-on PPC and CPM campaigns - A must.
At least one year of experience running intent marketing campaigns.
Proven record of running lead acquisition (CPL) campaigns resulting in positive ROI
Tech-savvy with experience of using the latest demand-gen tools, B2B ad platforms, intent, and ABM marketing platforms.
Proven record in running successful paid brand awareness campaigns.
Proven experience marketing to technology audiences.
Strong analytical capability, specifically around program measurement and ROI.
Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail.
An evangelist, data-driven, and growth-oriented personality.
Autodidact, constantly trying to learn best practices and growth strategies via research, learn about the largest opportunities to impact core business metrics
English - high proficiency level - A must.

The Growth Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Marketing Director
