Global HR Business Partner
 
Full-range strategic HR Business partnership for the business unit leaders to ensure effective decision making, particularly related to the human capital of the business.
Manage and implement core HR programs & initiatives (such as talent management, workforce planning, senior recruitment & onboarding, performance mgmt., welfare, compensation, legal compliance, internal communication, succession, etc).
Support organizational changes, building management capabilities, and leadership development.
Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to provide professional and “high touched” HR support and advisory.
Drive employees’ sense of pride and engagement.
Collaborate with HR global team members on design, development, and integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives.

Experience

10+ years of HR experience and at least 8 years of experience as a client-facing HR Business Partner/HR manager is mandatory.
Experience working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Possess a solid understanding of the full HR cycle: performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations and employee engagement.
Experience in implementing organizational changes and handling change management processes.
Relevant academic background (Bachelor or master’s degree in HR-related degree).
