Financial Administrator and Client Manager - Bilingual
 
Manage clients financial projects and provide back-office support in everything money-related including:

- Billing
-Invoicing and collection
- Basic cash flow
-Procurement - POs
-Delivery coordination and followup
-Quality control of expense invoices and requests for payment
-HR assistance and onboarding of clients’ employees

Qualifications:

High level of both English and Hebrew
Very comfortable working with Excel
Experience with collection software
Experience with formal bookkeeping - Advantage
Adept at juggling multiple tasks

Must be able to work independently and see projects through to completion.
