Field Services Team Manager
Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Field Services Team Manager to be part of the Company Watch delivery team – To manage a global, world class services unit, capable of planning, installing and maintaining the Company innovative IOT products in thousands of retail stores worldwide.


· Managing a global team of implementation managers running daily installation and maintenance activities in different regions
· Identifying and training global 3rd party vendors, creating detailed statements of work for running end to end planning, installation and maintenance activities
· Inventory Management – Forecast planning, purchase, RMA and logistics management
· Projects- Working closely with our project managers as a robust service unit leader, creating detailed installation plans for all new projects – Meeting project timelines, ensuring high quality and exceeding customer expectations
· Maintenance - Working closely with our customer support department to ensure all projects open issues are maintained and meeting SLA targets
· Innovation - Working closely with our product and dev teams to surface issues from the field and propose efficiency tools to support working in scale
· Budget & Processes - Working closely with purchase and finance departments to define clear working procedures meeting annual budget goals
· Adapting to fast changes in products, customer requirements and management decisions to ensure our HW/SW delivery are not affected


· 3+ years of experience in global delivery team’s management
· 3+ years of experience in TIER 1 customers hardware and software delivery projects
· Strong technical knowledge in IT and IOT architectures; SaaS is an advantage
· Good Knowledge in various data tools (SQL, Mongo, Office)
· ‘Hands On’ approach and excellent problem-solving skills
· Experience working in the Retail market – an advantage
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English – A must
· Willingness to travel customer sites overseas (up to 20%)


· BSc in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/Business Management or equivalent
