| Established Jerusalem IT company with a focus on SME and SMB customers is searching for an experienced field engineer to join our dynamic team. Candidate will join a team providing on-site diagnostics, support and consulting to our customers and will be working tightly with our NOC/remote support team to handle larger projects and support incidents.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in IT
Experience specifically with networking is required (VLANs, NATing, routes, VPN, wifi deployment etc)
End user familiarity with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
Windows 7/8/10
Ability to support end users with standard office software and hardware
Experience with office365
Experience with desktop/laptop hardware diagnostics
Experience with server hardware is a plus
Work primarily at client locations
Valid Drivers License
Strong Diagnostic Skills
Service Oriented Approach
General interest in technology, home automation, access control, cybersecurity
Fluent English and Hebrew
University Degree - advantage
