An Opportunity for a Native English-Speaker

If you are an English-speaker living in the Negev and have superb writing and communications skills and extensive experience with grants, we invite you to put your creative talents to good social use with our applications, reports, LOIs, and other materials for our donors and partners. We’re looking for you!


- Work with Director of Marketing Communications and Resource Development to maintain all relationships and optimize all funding opportunities
- Write all grant applications to funders, including philanthropic and diplomatic foundations
- Prepare all reports, both narrative and financial, for funders
- Track and supervise all submissions and relationships with funders worldwide
- Research prospective funders to expand existing donor base
- Keep organizational CRM updated at all times
- Draft and edit English-language public communications


- Must identify wholly with the organizational mission and with the notion of a shared society
- Native-level English speaker with outstanding writing skills
- Experience in grant writing and reporting, preferably in the fields of Jewish-Arab relations, and shared society
- Proven success in writing exceptionally high-quality reports to individual donors and foundations
- Knowledge of Hebrew and Arabic preferred
- Self-starter who is able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure
- Academic degree
- Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, Salesforce, on-line grant reporting and submission.
