Employee Experience Support - Bilingual

Provide value by driving best in class employee experience initiatives aligned to the business & employee focus/needs while positioning company as an employer of choice in the industry.


Support the execution of a diverse employee experience plan locally and abroad providing operations, logistics and admin support
Plan, monitor and control a yearly multimillion-dollar employee experience budget including managing all accounting aspects (accruals, petty cash, amex + expense reporting, etc.)
Buyer for the employee experience team (Swags, employee gifts, event accessories, etc.)
Own all employee experience supplier management aspects (Pos, invoices and supplier payments)
Warehouse management including inventory controls, monitoring, processing, and storage.
Shipment, deliveries and pick up/drop off all event related packages or equipment of all sizes
Support employee experience’s internal communications and designs
Develop an understanding of the project’s needs and use technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies to provide tactical solutions and support
Follow procedures to run services, processes and procedures to ensure execution with consistency, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
Actively seek and create ways to increase synergy across multiple customers, partners, and internal team/groups
Develop methods to track and report metrics. Shifts priorities as required, mitigates risks, and take corrective action to prevent undesirable outcomes
Seeks opportunities to learn and improve methods, procedures, or techniques


2-3 years field event production experience a must
Relevant warehouse and logistics experience a must
Budget management and accounts payable experience a must
Procurement & supplier management experience a must
MS Office knowledge and experience a must. Familiarity with design programs an advantage
Ability to work extended hours and overnights in Israel and abroad
Result oriented self-starter with a “can do” approach and highly developed skills in areas of project management, employee/customer relations and management
Demonstrates time-management and organizes resources to complete tasks on time, to specification, and at expected quality
Detailed oriented, efficient and well organized
High analytical, investigative and problem-solving capabilities
Agile and responds well to a dynamic ever-changing org. - Works well under pressure
Works with confidence, energy, and drive
Excellent interpersonal skills, high EQ, creative and innovative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
