A Day in the Life
As a project manager you will drive collaboration, workflow, deliverables and successful execution of projects in coordination with core team members and employees across the site.
You will leverage process improvements, communication, recognition programs, and employer brand activities to build stronger connections for employees.
You will also take an integral part in establishing and developing various communities in the company and promote the engagement of the employees.
As a part of your job you will:
Develop and implement strategic and operational projects for employer brand marketing that drives brand affinity, followership and candidate interest/application. Drive key initiatives related to employee branding and value proposition, culture, employee surveys, and recognition programs Elevate the employee experience through communication projects and initiatives that inspire and unite our employees around our corporate goals, vision, values, and culture Coordinate and execute company-wide programs and events Propose and lead new event series to support employee communities Support the diversity and inclusion team to help build a culture and employee experience which inspires and motivates employees Create and manage internal communications (i.e., newsletters, program launches, updates, SLT letters, townhall, etc.) Develop and implement internal communication projects and initiatives that engage employees as active ambassadors, reinforce our corporate goals and shape company culture Build and maintain employee recognition programs and events that drive engagement and a strong sense of community native English level, writing and editing skills. Manage internal information and collaboration tools Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices related to Employee Experience. Applying those where appropriate
Must Have:
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) to tailor information and communication style to different audiences including senior leadership Validated experience leading projects to successful completion, on time and on budget Proven experience in employer brand management Passion for employee engagement and culture Track record of cultivating community in work, school, or volunteer settings Experience managing programs, events, and organizational change Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact employee experiences to a diverse audience 2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering content (internal communication preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field Expert in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant presentation technologies Native English speaker level Strong business acumen with the ability to link communications and initiatives with business objectives Independent, fast moving, who can lead large scale programs and drive influence at all levels of the organization Team player
Nice to have:
Experience using data to identify insights and problem-solve and ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution Proficient in Excel
