What will you actually be doing?

Build a coherent and creative employee experience strategy across the employee life cycle, connecting employees to our brand, our values, and our culture.
Independently own the design, development and end-to-end execution of all employee experience projects. Create a unique and personalized experience for employees at our Tel Aviv office, strengthening employee engagement (from big events through the small details)
Apply data-driven decision making processes to continuously iterate, improve and scale those programs for our growing organization.
Promote and communicate all projects and initiatives to maximize participation and engagement within the company, and strengthen our employer branding presence through external channels.
Manage the employee experience budget, while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Support an employee experience strategy through the “New Normal” and drive a plan that enhances the Company experience while working in a hybrid work environment .
Support departmental and team activities and events(per request).

What should you bring to the table?

8+ years proven experience in a similar leading role in a medium-size fast-growth technological start-up, or hi-tech company and with high energy and fast-paced global environment.
Ability to ramp up quickly, understand the Company's unique culture and proactively tailor the right perspective of employee experience to support it and its development.
Ability to work independently and take initiatives, while building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and creating a strong community of passionate volunteers.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - in Hebrew and in English at a high level.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload . A reliable and patient person, that consistently maintains a professional, helpful, and courteous manner.
Strong attention to detail.
