Email Marketing and Social Media Manager
 
We are searching for a creative, content oriented, email marketing and social media manager (B2C). This position oversees all our inbound marketing initiatives in a variety of brands and products, including email marketing and organic social media.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of optimizers responsible for email marketing and inbound social media campaigns (in 8 languages)
Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer life cycle, including prospecting (lead gen), win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails
Determine target audience and manage campaigns to generate sales using statistical analysis
Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts and segments, send time and new features intended to drive performance lift
Create new concepts and turn them into full-funnel content email marketing and organic social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
Work in partnership with creative teams (writers, designers and developers) to optimize email creative and template structure, based on best practices
Develop and manage segmentation strategies to increase overall engagement, in order to get the right message to the right person at the right time
Provide solutions on the fly for campaign optimization issues
Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends and best practices
Monitor deliverability and list hygiene in order to minimize unsubs, subscriber list health and any ISP/inbox delivery issues

Requirements

5+ years content marketing/email marketing/inbound marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other discipline with a focus on writing, preferred
Exceptional writing and presentation skills with an ability to simplify messaging and use structure & emphasis to tell a compelling and engaging story
Creativity – the ability to create and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns for different brands, platforms and audiences
Strong editorial skills (textual and visual)
Management experience – the ability to lead and inspire a creative team
Strong project management skills to take projects from ideation to execution, outlining a project plan and manage editorial schedules within corporate and ongoing campaigns
Analytically minded with a constant desire to improve KPIs and drive against goals. Familiarity with tools such as ESP dashboards, Excel, BI, Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
Team player – working towards mutual company goals
Experience in EdTech a plus
HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
Photoshop experience a plus
Spanish, French or Portuguese a plus
