As the Team Leader of a Customer Success, you will be responsible for building out the strategy for a growing CS organization while leading the team to excel in their retention, product adoption and customer satisfaction ratings.

· Lead a team of Customer Success Managers focused on our customer’s journey
· Measure and grow the team via focused and clear KPIs
· Be responsible for EMEA CSM development – process, system, operations, commercial and technical skills
· Take upon yourself to be hands-on and work with key accounts directly- learn The Company products, work closely with customers and build successful relationships, focus on the customer’s desired outcome
· 4+ years of experience leading a CS group at a growing company (preferably Start-Ups)
· 3 years of SaaS or startup experience
· 3 years of experience as CSM
· Has proven experience in expanding and grow business
· Motivated by supporting others achieve success and growing individuals
· English – Native Language Level (Mandatory)
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows server OSs
· Working knowledge of VDI – Citrix VMware virtualization solutions - Advantage
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
