Documentation Manager

The writer will be responsible for all product documentation, online help, release documents, and all English external customer-facing documentation. They will also be in charge of building and maintaining a customer community (Knowledge Base) and sharing information about new features and releases.

The position is part of the company's product team.


English mother tongue
At least one year experience as a technical writer or experience in training/system integration in organizations/IDF
Experience with Madcap Flare – a must
At lease one year experience in the documentation/training department in a software/web company
Familiarity with Zendesk
Experience with UX/UI writing
Document translation from Hebrew to English and vice versa
Ability to work independently with a Product, R&D, and Infrastructure


Ability to construct reports, working with BI systems, working with DB
Other languages such as French / Russian
Experience performing presentations to audiences
Experience with writing presentations or building learning software
