Director/ Head of User Experience

REQUIREMENTS

Experience at a company with a minimum of 500K unique visitors per month - a must
Experience with community dynamics and network effects
Experience with optimizing website conversions and email automation
Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile development methods
Based either in Israel (working out of office in Modiin) or remote in European time zone (to easily collaborate with R&D team)

RESPONSIBILITES

This is a senior leadership position, managing user experience, and product design.
Manage email automation with our user base of 400,000 members and growing.
Strong quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity, articulate your viewpoint, and influence at the leadership level to find the best outcomes.
A highly collaborative leader and strive to partner cross-functionally to build the very best product/user experiences.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing/growth, and review teams.
Reports to the CEO.
