Responsibilities

Work with leadership to craft a cross-platform media strategy to support business goals across divisions and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the marketing, design and product teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and user flows
Set up, manage and optimize multiple campaigns, including customer acquisition, lead generation, content marketing, brand awareness
Report on campaign performance regularly to company stakeholders
Achieve positive ROI, prove impact, and scale digital marketing activities in the company

Requirements

3-4 years experience in B2B digital marketing
Experience running and optimizing campaigns across different marketing channels, including social, search, display, video, and content recommendation
Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with diverse analytics and marketing software platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Mailchimp, Salesforce)
Keen attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
BA/BSC in marketing or advertising a plus
Previous experience working in the mobile game or app industry a huge plus
