Data Administrator - Bilingual
We are now looking for a Data Administrator to join our team based in Tel Aviv.
The position holder will be responsible for:
Build up and maintain updated data of Health Professionals in order to offer support to our healthcare customers by providing databases and performing innovative solution to facilitate their business and medical operations.
Contact with different partners to ensure the reliability of the data.
Direct contact with customers in the pharmaceutical sector.
Recruit and interview physicians regarding their prescription habits and their contact with pharmaceutical companies.
Identify business opportunities.
Reports of the progress of projects.
Further tasks are documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
Office Admin tasks are also required.
Proactive calls in which prospective and preexisting Health partners are contacted directly using a prepared selling strategy, in order to build up professional relationships.
Receives and processes all incoming calls, responding to some routine questions and referring non-routine questions to manager.
Promotes panel members participation in syndicated, on-going panels.
Interacts effectively and professionally with doctors either by phone and email. Maintaining nd building relationships also with key treatment centers and referral sources.
Initiates follow-up calls with panels to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed script.
Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panel.
Collects information from panel and ensures quality meets basic requirements.
Process all daily updates and changes coming into the database in the country, deliver on time, follow high quality standards and meet the agreed service level agreements.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment, including getting price quotes from suppliers for various equipment and services (Bezeq, Partner, etc.).
Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure they receive invoices and other documents needed.
Sales Admin to include taking care of entering sales on our CRM systems and submitting on time.
Working with our finance and clients to ensure on time payment of issued invoices.
Skills & other requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
Very valuable experience maintaining & updating data bases. Good knowledge of CRM would be a plus.
Highly organized with experience of working accurately to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, accuracy, high attention to details and team work are mandatory skills.
Fluency in English and Hebrew.
Option to work from home part time.
