effectively train cyber professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

· Design and develop cyber training content
- Manage a formal training material content review process
- Application of pedagogical techniques uniquely suited to adult trainees
- Proposes and conducts research on new security technologies.
- Analyze survey results to create training evaluation reports
- Work with all those involved in creating the cyber exercises – product managers, penetration testers, security analysts, security engineers, sales

Engineers and Instructors

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience and passion for cyber training
- Excellent communication and writing skills are essential
- Ability to identify, mitigate and explain attack flows.
- Well versed in common network security threats, as well as best practices to mitigate them
- Proven experience and knowledge with security analysis technologies, tools (e.g. SIEM, FW, AV, IPS, EDR), procedures & policies common in a SOC and by Incident Response experts and industry best practices
