Customer Support Specialist
 
Looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is customer focused and technically skilled.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide rapid response and resolution to complex customer incidents
Reproduce and provide substantive updates to customers regarding reported issues/defects
Contribute to the support knowledgebase
Demonstrate initiative, agility and follow through on areas of responsibility

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in software technical support or a similar position
Problem solving abilities - thinks outside the box with a ‘can do’ attitude
Proven ability to troubleshoot system and applications flows and provide solutions
High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of support processes and procedures

Advantage:

German or French speaking – strong advantage
Experience of healthcare IT
Experience with Microsoft technology (WIN Server 2008/2012, WMI, Power Shell, Registry, Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS)
Knowledge of SQL Server 2012 and above (installation, configuration, backup and restore, SQL scripting).
Experience with virtualization technologies (both System and Application solutions)
Experience with WinOS
Experience with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
