A mobile growth technology company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team!
Candidates will work directly with the biggest clients to develop and advance their app store marketing and mobile growth strategies. To do this, you will conduct app store research, develop testing strategies, analyze app store tests to glean insights, and broaden clients' knowledge of the app store and mobile marketing industry as a whole. The result? Delivering value by leveraging the suite of products to optimize clients app store conversions and mobile growth.
Conduct research on the app store landscape and analyze app store analytics which will inform and guide clients Uber, eBay, King, and Zynga
Advance a variety of projects including conducting research and analysis reports to deliver value to clients, working cross-functionally with other teams, and communicating with top mobile enterprise brands to develop long-standing successful partnerships
work with clients across the world, many located in the heart of the bustling California tech environment. Therefore flexible regarding schedule to enable a supporting diverse portfolio
3+ years experience in an international client-facing CSM or consultancy role
Strong ability to develop C-level relationships
Experience working in a B2B tech company preferred
Fluent English (native preferred)
