About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, technology oriented Customer Success Manager to lead the Company’s new Marketing Cloud Solution. You will be responsible for leading a new process from creation to implementation, in addition to managing and growing our digital community. As a multi discipline role, the job will include many product related management aspects, from providing technical support to customers to content creation, social media management and more.

What You'll Be Doing

Generate relevant content to support marketing and sales efforts.
Build and manage ‘Go-to-Market’ activities for new product introductions including product positioning, messaging etc.
Master and understand the current technical knowledge of all the Company platforms.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the Company’s community
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and success metrics crucial to our business and customers.
Provide customer service and ensure customer retention.
Build and engage with the the Company’s social media community.
Analyze & Optimize social media web traffic and relevant community metrics.
Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

English mother tongue or native level - MUST!
Bachelor's degree.
+2 years of proven experience in client-facing role in a tech company.
Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.
Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills.
Self-learning, analytical, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure.
Passionate for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
Understanding of basic marketing concepts (acquisition, engagement, retention, churn, etc.)
Experience working with cross-functional partner teams.
Experience leading the creation and implementation of social media content, preferably for B2B SaaS companies .
Technical skills for guiding customers through technical processes.
Comfortable leading workshop and training sessions.
Experience with HubSpot Service hub - advantage.
High intelligence.

Working Hours

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Friday till 3:30 PM).
