Customer Success Engineer
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the strategic plans of our clients throughout their lifecycle, starting at the business use case ideation all the way through to value realization. You will act as a trusted advisor to our highly technical end users by using your DevOps technical knowledge to make a real impact with our clients.

You will work closely with your dedicated Client Partners in order to identify opportunities for clients to get more out of Company products. You will showcase new products and features to clients and help them with adoption. You will liaise with Product, R&D, Tech Support, and other functions in order to align our products and services with the client’s needs and requirements.

Your ultimate goal is to build an ongoing partnership with clients, causing them to speak highly about the service and value they are getting from the Company, and ultimately, recommend us to others.


Proactively manage clients’ onboarding and the ongoing relationship with our clients beginning at onboarding and throughout their entire relationship with the Company
Act as a subject matter expert on technical questions regarding the Company platform best practices and new features
Own and run your book of business to ensure that the company goals and objectives continue to be exceeded and that we delight our clients
Identifying opportunities for clients to expand their usage of the product
Manage product roadmaps and adoption cycles to further client usage of the platform
Together with the Client Partner, hold quarterly business reviews to manage and track strategic goals and KPIs


Minimum 3 years experience working in client-facing technical roles (in Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-sale or related discipline)
Experience working in a SaaS company or with cloud architectures
Hands-on experience with one of the major cloud provider - AWS, Azure or GCP
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
Proven record of working directly with clients and driving change
Data-driven and strong analytical skills
Proven track record of learning new deep technologies
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Nice to Have:

Scripting skills, Bash and Python
Experience in Linux System or DevOps
Experience with at least one container orchestration platform (such as Kubernetes & Amazon ECS)
Experience with infrastructure as a code tool (such as Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab, Chef, Ansible
