Customer Success Engineer
 
The Customer Success Engineer will be the primary technical resource for our prospects, customers and partners. You will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving solutions based on company products and customer needs. You will serve as a company product and industry expert, effectively supporting, deploying, and demonstrating our solutions as well as promoting our vision and approach. You will be a trusted point of contact for our customers. You will also be a liaison to the engineering team to drive the direction of the product.

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a member of a corporate support and customer success team and a career track record of supporting cyber solutions for large and complex enterprise environments and implementations.

What You Will Be Doing

Taking ownership of customer technical issues through resolution.
Supporting the Enterprise Sales team worldwide.
Serving as a hands-on SME on company products, configurations, implementations.
Managing the customer experience and onoing relationships for named accounts.
Conducting virtual meetings with customers.
Reviewing and contribute to processes and procedures.
Engaging in Professional Services, Implementations, Onboarding.
Collaborating with teams across various countries and time zones.
Delighting the Customer.

What We Need from You

3+ years' experience in cybersecurity or networking as a software sales engineer, technical salesperson, technical account manager, or technical support engineer of integrated systems and software.
A technical understanding of APIs, REST, TCP, SSH, PowerShell, Python, SQL and related tools and techniques.
Experience leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT Administrator).
Strong presentation and application demonstration skills.
Experience in enterprise software or networking solutions, ideally within the network or device security space.
A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points.
Vast experience in Software Installations, diagnostics tools, tuning concepts, configurations, logs inspection.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux systems support.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

Knowledge of Sandbox and anti-malware products and markets.
Experience working with CRM software.
Security Clearance.
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
Additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.
