You will be the first point of contact for our customers and engage with them on email, telephone and face to face meetings.
- Maintaining a professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM
- Set up new customer accounts
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast paced environment
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to a wide customer base
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation skills
- Work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Required languages: English - Mother Tongue, Hebrew - excellent working knowledge/mother tongue level
