Key Job Responsibilities
Resolve customer requests in a timely manner Proactive customer support & health checks Provide excellent support to customers that is 100% over the phone Inside sales Renew support contracts Organize & analyze customer data to improve experience Offer new software and hardware solutions to existing customers

Passion for delivering excellent customer service Self-starter Excellent phone skills Conflict resolution skills Creative problem solving Basic Software knowledge ( Google Workspace, CRM, Slack) Previous inside sales experience (preferred) Previous customer service experience (preferred)
