Customer Operations Manager
 
Looking for a talented Customer Operations Manager to join our team.

The person we are looking for will oversee the company's customer support activity, serve as a Salesforce subject matter & Manage customer-related team & projects. Located in Tel-Aviv.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead our customer Support & Onboarding team.
● Define, monitor and analyze team members’ KPIs.
● Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
● Define, recommend and implement innovative solutions that maximize operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
● You’ll be working closely with our Finance, Product, Marketing and Sales teams to help bring across insights gathered from managing the relationships with customers.
● Manage customer-related projects & be the go-to person on all customer related issues.

REQUIREMENTS

● At least 2-3 years of experience in building and managing a support team
● At least 1-2 year’s experience working with Salesforce, defining processes, building reports & dashboards- a must
● Experience working with Salesforce, defining processes, building reports & dashboards
● Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, PIVOTS
● Perfect English – a must
