You are:

A native Spanish speaker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It would be great if you have experience working in a technical environment, have worked in customer solutions in the past and have experience in translation.

As a Customer Care Expert, you will:

Provide Company users with technical solutions.
Analyze user behavior, content suitability, and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
Act as the liaison between users' voice and product designers, providing recommendations on how to constantly improve our Company product in each country.
Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible.
Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs.
