We’re looking for an experienced, versatile, data oriented marketing manager, who is hungry to help shape the positioning of the Company’s Crypto offering.

The Crypto Marketing Manager will play a vital role in building awareness of the Company's entire crypto offering across all products, by developing and executing marketing strategies to meet growth and revenue goals.
They will achieve this by working synergistically with internal marketing teams, leading the promotional messaging, and working to publish and distribute them to the public via multiple channels such as media, advertising, and social.
Objectives of this Role
Working closely with the Marketing Director to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, and participating in the actual execution of the plans
Analyzing campaign results, and optimizing funnel messaging and creatives to increase growth and revenues
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations regarding tactics
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Working in partnership with the creative and content team, developing creative briefs and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing communications
Manage relationships with all campaign managers across multiple platforms, providing insights, analysis, creatives and support to increase campaigns results.
Execute the B2B segment across multiple channels, including managing relationships with agencies to generate more qualified leads and new B2B clients.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Be involved in and support numerous projects and cross-departmental needs
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind, with an eye for detail and creativity
Experience In campaign management
Great team work and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in financial markets and Crypto industry - a big plus
Positive and can-do attitude - a must
