Due to recent growth, Convergence is hiring a Recruiter at our corporate office.
The Nurse Recruiter in the Human Resources Department is responsible and accountable for the recruitment of clinical positions at Convergence facilities located in Har Hotzvim.
The Nurse Recruiter participates in the entire staffing process: receives, sources, and sorts candidates in the applicant tracking system. Selects candidates meeting the minimum requirements as outlined within job descriptions and coordinates interviews. Maintains close collaboration with department managers and develops a successful working relationship to ensure a thorough understanding of staffing needs, position requirements, and facility-specific practices.
This role is a key contributor to the company’s overall talent strategy and will collaborate closely with field leaders and HR/Recruitment team members.

Active ownership of full-cycle recruitment.
Utilize innovative sourcing methods to create a robust pipeline for future openings in key markets.
Refine and elevate an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Drive the Convergence employer brand to all candidates and channels to have Convergence perceived as an Employer of Choice.
Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement.
Interacts with hiring managers to evaluate and recommend applicants for employment and fill vacant positions for assigned facilities
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
Utilizes telephone screenings, resumes, electronic applications, certifications/licenses, and assessments to determine if candidates meet the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities to be a good fit for the position
Coordinates on-site interviews between hiring managers and candidates
Maintain a weekly status report on open positions and status.
3+ years in full life cycle recruitment required, nursing agency experience is a plus
Must have experience working in a high volume/ fast-paced environment
Basic skills in Microsoft business applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), staffing software/applicant tracking systems, and recruitment sites/tools
Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including proficiency in cold calling
Sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
