Your responsibilities

Working closely with the Executive Director of corporate development to source, evaluate, transact and execute on acquisitions, investments and Strategic projects by:

Sourcing and screening potential targets and opportunities
Building financial models and performing due diligence to analyze target’s operating and financial results
Preparing business-focused competitive intelligence reports
Tracking global gaming trends and presenting them to key stakeholders
Researching the market and helping to define areas of investment focus
Preparing acquisition and investment memorandums
Making recommendations on strategic, corporate, and investment initiatives
Working across Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development teams
Attending local and global industry events to promote the company’s agenda

Our requirements

Familiarity with either gaming or mobile industries
Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering
A minimum of two years’ work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Consulting
Strong modeling, analytical, and research abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent or native English – a must
Strong time management skills and a “get things done” approach
Entrepreneurial spirit with an “I can sell any idea” attitude
A passion for learning
Ability to multitask and work in cross departmental environment
