Complaints Handling Representative (Medical Tech)
 
We are looking for a talented, responsible and accountable Complaints- Handling Representative to support our regulation department.

The position includes reviewing information received on potential product complaints and logging the complaints into the system, ensuring accuracy of input and triggering investigations.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately reviewing and documenting Customer Complaints
Assisting in receipt, review, registration and handling of samples associated with customer complaints
Supporting RA & QA department in all sorts of related work (i.e. technical, research, administrative. etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

An academic or higher vocational education degree in medical technology or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - a must
Acquaintance with MS-Office tools, specifically Excel or other graphing tools
