Community Technical Manager
 
Looking for a Community Technical Manager to be responsible for:

Create technical content to drive traffic, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include How-To videos, whitepapers, technical guides, templates, etc.) in the user community
Collaborate with product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of users in the community.
Planning and promotion of community programs and other online events that will result in growth of new members.
Maintenance of the community website with up-to-date technical content and marketing material which align with company strategies
Liaising with product organization, product management and technical marketing departments to increase awareness and knowledge within the community on products, features and services and technical How To videos.
Promote engagement of customers, potential customers and industry professionals through community initiatives, ambassador programs, events, training sessions, etc.

Requirements

Tech-savvy, strong security and networking background with the ability to understand and explain technical products to a broader audience. Experience with customer-facing roles
Over 5 years of technical experience in cyber security products
Professional writing or marketing content development experience / Superior writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
Tasks or projects with competing deadlines, across various departments.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Self-starter quick learner with passion to reach goals and continually drive further.
Excellent organizational skills; follow-up capabilities and strong project management skills.
Experience launching community initiatives, events and training programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
