The Chief of Staff role is a strategic role reporting directly to the CEO and working under the supervision of the Director of Business Development. The COS fulfills strategic analysis and operational functions aimed at amplifying the CEO’s impact on the company’s most urgent and important priorities. This includes carrying out strategic analyses to assist in decision making, supporting the CEO’s day-to-day management of priorities, calendar and communications, and taking over sensitive operational tasks that require special discretion. The COS will carry out their work from eggXYt’s Tel Aviv and Jerusalem offices alternating between the two locations as necessary.
The COS's tasks can be divided into three broad categories:

managing the CEO’s email communications, calendar and tasks and providing the CEO with daily clarity on the most important issues for him to address.
This includes managing the CEO accounts on Gmail, Google Calendar and the Asana task management platform.
The COS will regularly review the CEO’s inbox, prioritize emails for the attention of the CEO, delegate emails for other team members’ attention, and respond to emails where appropriate.
The COS will help coordinate meetings and calls and keep the CEO apprised. The COS will manage the CEO’s to-do’s on the Asana platform and make sure the CEO is always working on top-priority items and nothing falls through the cracks.
performing and presenting analyses to support strategic decision making, such as market analyses, revenue projections, stakeholder analysis, equity impact analyses, commercial opportunities and risks assessments, funding opportunities assessments and more.
The COS will work closely with the Director of Business Development and external consultants of the company and will report to the CEO.
taking over company operations where more discretion and business context are required such as managing investors relationships and communications, managing complex equipment and materials orders, evaluating and applying for funding opportunities, suppliers and services comparisons and negotiations, media and press management, event management, CRM and online resources library management, and more.
The COS will work under the supervision of the Director of Business Development.
