A chief of staff is a senior/executive manager who works directly under the supervision of the CEO. He/she acts as the eyes and ears of the CEO, attending meetings with department managers, coordinating among different areas of the business, and helping to implement the visions of senior executives within the rest of the company. The chief of staff acts as a communications and organization conduit between the executive management and the rest of the management.

The CoS will work closely with Company management members and collaborate with the various business and field stakeholders

Supporting CEO in day-to-day activities
Ensuring strong coordination across business units and C level heads
Facilitating alignment across common goals, assisting in pushing forward long-term strategic goals
Hold multi-discipline management responsibilities of both direct and indirect task force
Closely monitor progress and implementation of strategic decisions and initiatives

CoS is expected to be:

CEO Wing-man and trusted adviser
The glue that connects the dots together and being the collaboration catalyst
The behind the scenes Producer or Fixer as the case may be
The Pulse controller
Main responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Own and drive strategic leadership integration/administration
Support alignment between vision, strategy, structure, information, resource allocation and rewards
SWOT and Stakeholders analysis
Help craft the goals setting process, making sure KPIs and OKRs are aligned across company units
Optimize business performance and planning including SKO, QBRs, Mid-Years, etc.
Work to define annual planning process (Management and Events calendar, budget, goals/KPIs/OKRs, allocations, outsourcing, etc.)

Execution:

Support the CEO with communication to Company stakeholders/personnel
Priority management and real time adjustment
Support cross Company change management processes
Help drive company-wide optimization (processes, alignment, communication, cost, customer churn etc.)
Provide Executive Management support, for instance by coordinating and convening management meetings, reviews, offsite, Leadership retreat etc.
Support clear communication and action plan outcome of management meetings
Ad Hoc programs’ management
Organize information prior to it getting to the CEO attention
Improve the CEO Office productivity and mitigate the CEO Office risks

Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor annual strategic goals and company KPIs
Reporting, executive dashboards and executive presentations
Be the “Go to” person for any issue which requires CEO attention and care

Requirements:

Senior level self-driven manager, hands-on with strong leadership capabilities and great interpersonal skills
Can quickly adjust to new strategic directions and motivate matrix teams to follow.
Exceptional communication & coordination skills
Experience in global, multi culture, multi-language Hi-Tech companies. Cyber/Security sector or enterprise software – an advantage
Wide and deep corporate organization and business operations understanding
Strategic planning, programs & PMO management; processes definition and improvement plans, Internal and External communication plans; Collaborations and management systems
Experienced in working in with cross functional teams while establishing and maintaining effective work relationships
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication. Additional languages – an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial and Management, economics, business or other related discipline - Preferred. MBA – an advantage
Ex global consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey), strong analytic capabilities, program manager and operational skills
