CRM Operation Manager
 
As part of the Live Team, the customer retention manager will execute and follow up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of media, including push notifications & emails.

The CRM Manager is responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation and execution. The CRM Manager will also manage the POP! Slots social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in CRM strategy & planning.
Good SQL knowledge – Must
Good Excel knowledge – Must
QA Experience – Huge advantage
A self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
Fast learner, enthusiastic, initiative and creative
Tech-savvy – quickly grasps how to work with different platforms and SW
Strong English written/verbal communication skills

Essential Job Functions:

Plan & manage social activity
Create A/B test strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company
Create Dashboards to monitor CRM campaigns
Working closely with product and creative teams
