Summary:

A key business development role for an organically growing US legal tech startup to join the CEO’s new personal office in Jerusalem. This position is for someone that is a high energy, good with people, well-spoken, creative as well as driven, and motivated. That wants to make an impact and be at forefront of growth for a fast-paced company that is transforming the way attorneys work in
Customer Acquisition:

Management of direct email campaigns and email marketing system including cold and warm emails, newsletters, and promotions. Lead list acquisition including purchasing, working with a lead generator, current lists, and other methods. Management and organization of lead database including segmentation, filling, and storage.
Testing and developing new acquisition methods either in house or with vendors including PPC, SEO, affiliate and media partnerships, direct advertising, retargeting, print and display, PR and sponsorship of legal events.
Vendor procurement, management, and direction for graphic designer, copywriters, video editor, social media content writer for projects related to sales collateral, case studies, website, and email content, networking events.
Prepare data reports and review with Founders on the amount of leads, lead sources, conversions, and other metrics monthly.

Possible launch of the brand portion of a new division.

Sales Team:

Supervise and manage Israel sales department staff which includes hiring representatives, training, and on-boarding.
Direct with the guidance of CEO company sales process including refinement and development of sales playbook, sales pitch, follow up procedures (automated and not), prospect grading, CRM efficiency, and sales report production.

Existing Client Development:

Work in coordination with a lead account manager on client retention marketing (Including the development of checkup emails, reports of service usage, demos of features not being utilized, etc.)
Development of referral program
Upgrade or up-sell sales development.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of similar experience with a demonstrated record of excellence.
A prior position in one or more of Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience managing at least two employees or contractors over a period of at least one year.
Ability to work US hours.
Ability to work 40 hours weekly Monday–Thursday (10 hours a day) with Friday and Sunday off.
American or Canadian citizen living in Israel.
Ability to travel on rare occasions to the US. If you already spend time visiting family in North America annually that would be a win-win bonus.
High school degree or equivalent.

Salary:

$4300 USD base per month + full commission and bonus structure.
