Business Development Associate
OurCrowd, the world’s large on-line venture investing platform, is looking for a full-time Business Development Associate with a deep interest in technology, to join the Business Development department’s value-add team. The role centers on coordinating between major corporations and OurCrowd portfolio companies to develop meaningful commercial relationships of varying types. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking a meaningful position in venture capital and business development, with the potential to grow inside OurCrowd.

The Business Development team supports the ~200 portfolio companies across different sectors and stages throughout their journey from investment to exit, as well as relationships with over 1000 multinational corporations. The team is responsible for, among other things, expanding the OurCrowd network of multinational corporations, facilitating CVC (corporate venture capital) investments in its portfolio companies and SPVs, and creating ecosystem-related content.


Support and expand OurCrowd's network of multinational corporations
Manage a pipeline of prospected multinational corporations to drive more opportunities for OurCrowd and its portfolio
Manage ongoing relationships with MNCs
Organize tech showcases and digital events
Capture success cases and write case studies
Assist in developing a communication cadence and engagement strategy for OurCrowd’s network of executives
Assist with content creation for newsletters and virtual events
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Work with OurCrowd's strategic network to identify and execute new business development and creative partnership opportunities
Take part in industry analysis efforts and reports that the team produces
Coordinate OurCrowd's portfolio efforts with other departments internally


English – Native Speaker
3-5 years professional experience in startup, VC or high-end business consultancy and sales of financial services
Problem-solving, resourceful with a “can do” mindset
Tenacious follow-up and Attention to detail
Goal and process-driven
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proactive and independent worker
Excellent written and oral communication skills and abilities
Growth and innovation mindset in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with financial statements
Salesforce experience (High-Velocity Sales) – a plus
Currently, work from home. Post-Covid 2 days Jerusalem, 1 day TLV
