Arabic Account Manager

The world’s largest social investment network is seeking proactive, highly motivated and skilled account managers with former experience in the financial industry. This position has both sales and marketing aspects, and includes monitoring customer’s accounts and retaining them.

What will you be doing?

Provide extraordinary service aligned with company’s culture and values
Significantly Increase regional client deposits through phone and emails
Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected
Document all communications with customers in the CRM
Be an ambassador in carrying out the company’s vision and products

REQUIREMENTS

Have a BA in Finance from a well-known establishment
Have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Have a strong sales orientation
Have Arabic as a mother tongue level and high level of English language – A must!!
Have service orientation
Have former experience/knowledge in the Financial industry
Have sales background
Have knowledge in Social Networking Platforms

Besides that you must possess the following qualities:

Ability to self-manage your time and prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a team
Have excellent learning skills
Have a can-do attitude
Be target oriented

This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri
