Duties include assisting with email responses, scheduling, project management, and more. Experience working as a personal assistant or office manager Ability to take the initiative and complete tasks independently Ability to think outside the box Top communication skills Daily interaction with suppliers and clients Follow up with suppliers and clients and monitoring the progress Complete projects and meet all deadlines Perform due diligence, research, prepare related reports. Multi-task effectively and manage time efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent/fluent English and Hebrew, both spoken and written French is an advantage MS Word, Excel, Gmail Typing skills English and Hebrew of 65 wpm or more Detail-oriented and dedicated Customer service focused Friendly, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Sun-Thu 9 am - 5 pm
