Daily interaction with suppliers and clients
Follow up with suppliers and clients and monitoring the progress
Complete projects and meet all deadlines
Perform due diligence, research, prepare related reports.
Multi-task effectively and manage time efficiently


Excellent/fluent English and Hebrew, both spoken and written French is an advantage
MS Word, Excel, Gmail
Typing skills English and Hebrew of 65 wpm or more
Detail-oriented and dedicated
Customer service focused
Friendly, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Sun-Thu 9 am - 5 pm
