A leading international performance agency, Is looking for a part time admin coordinator to organize and coordinate Administration and Finance duties, including basic bookkeeping (account payable, account receivables, travel reports, and credit cards), marketing support, and PA to the Partners.

Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness.

Scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role including basic bookkeeping
Ability to work in a team and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
