| Responisibilies:
Representing ad-mon activity in font of both internal and external teams, presenting overviews to internal stakeholders Implementation, monitoring and optimization of in-game advertising features + general KPI health monitoring Familiarity of advertiser integrations (SDKs, JS tags etc.) Develop close partnerships with ad-networks in order to act quickly on revenue opportunities Constantly optimize waterfall by leading negotiations of integrating and testing new ad-networks, instances Ongoing collaboration with PMs & game designers conducting A|B tests for ad-placements, segmentation, ad-formats etc. Collaboration with UA teams to lead ongoing projects for increasing ARPDAU Strong networking skills to build a diverse network of industry peers to provide insights into market trends Drive innovation through new activities (new technologies, new ad-formats etc.) Project Manage technical tasks from start to finish (integrations, adapter updates, placement setup etc.)
Requirements:
4+ years in a mobile marketing role, preferably with time spent in an ad-monetization role Familiarity working inside ad-facing consoles like Admob, ironSource, Facebook etc. Experience working within a mobile games company is a distinct advantage Familiarity in conducting A|B tests aimed at driving higher ad-revenue’s Strong comfortability in building clear & concise presentations as well as presenting them to large audiences or high level management Exceptional communication skills with a comfortability to navigate across all 4 axis of an organization Fluent in both English & Hebrew High proficiency building data driven ad-strategies, using data to form the basis of decisions and negotiations Demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve |
