At Oribi, we’re looking to change the way the world does analytics. Oribi offers a code-free way for businesses of all sizes to finally understand their marketing analytics. Instead of being tied to developers and having to struggle through Google Analytics, Oribi users get easy-to-read insights so they always know which steps to take next. Based in Tel Aviv, we’re a team of 30 creative, fun-to-work-with people who love what they do.

Paid Acquisition is our primary growth engine at Oribi. As we plan on tripling our marketing spend, we are looking for the best acquisition managers to join our marketing team and help us reach this ambitious goal. At Oribi, we think of paid acquisition as a holistic process - it’s about understanding the product and its value inside and out, identifying what makes our customers smile, and knowing how to package it. In this role, you will:

Plan and manage marketing campaigns in various channels - mainly Facebook, YouTube, and Google Search
Continuously optimize the entire funnel
Be part of an outstanding marketing team. Our marketing team is still small but consists of great talents. Our CEO, Iris Shoor, is also deeply involved in the different marketing activities.
Work closely with our product and sales teams to leverage all of our assets into impressive marketing campaigns.
Always be seeking to identify new growth hacks and opportunities.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

At least 2 years’ experience in PPC
Previous experience working with high budgets, B2B experience, and/or experience working at a startup (not required, but a big advantage)
Numbers-oriented, analytical skills. We have lots of data at Oribi and are looking to use it as much as possible.
Good product understanding and technical orientation (tracking, reporting and measurement).
A “can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
