A successful startup which with unique SAAS platform that allows for global companies to better understand user behavior is looking for a highly strategic Account Manager to join their TLV team!
- Creating strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders in organizations that can champion the company internally.
- Building transparency of their customers’ needs internally and utilizing their Client Services teams to maximize their strategic positioning.
- Preparing account strategies for your clients, as well as QBRs and proposals as needed.
- Being hyper aware of our clients’ current state, always anticipating opportunities for growth through renewals, up selling and additional strategic partnerships.
- Account growth and retention
- 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Acquisition & Growth or Sales
- 2+ years’ experience working with decision makers in companies and agencies
- Prior commercial experience – upselling/cross-selling and retention
- Experience in SaaS/app store optimization/mobile marketing industry – very beneficial
- 1+ year experience working with enterprise clients – a strong ability to develop enterprise-level relationships
- Fluent English – articulate and engaging
- Must have held a target
- We are not looking for someone who has managed 100s of accounts, traffic or campaigns. They must have been high-touch.
