A/B Testing & Optimization Specialist

We are looking for an A/B testing and optimization specialist who will be responsible for managing the whole A/B testing & personalizations pipeline and for all pipelines’ aspects from planning to analyzing, in order to maximize performance to achieve company goals.

This is a full-time position from our Tel-Aviv Area offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and execute product A/B tests

· Analyze existing data and use A/B tests to draw conclusions, produce reports and optimize.

· Find new opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with other team members or other departments to plan, design & optimize user experience.

· Manage recommendation engine feature and hyper personalization platform

REQUIREMENTS

Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, knowledge in Excel
Creative intuition
BA/BS (with honors – advantage) in Economics, Industrial engineering or related field
Independent and with high motivation to succeed
Ability to learn quick and adapt to changes in a fast paced industry
Strong written English
Minimum 1 year experience in the online industry
